Homesearch Costa Blanca is a UK company, which is owned and managed by Denise and Mike Pick, a husband and wife team who have lived and worked on the Costa Blanca for several years and still spend much of their time there. An extensive knowledge of the area, culture and property market, combined with many years of professional experience enables them to provide a specialised personal service that is dedicated to total customer satisfaction.

Denise’s career has focused mainly around business and finance and includes extensive personal experience of relocation and property acquisition, both in the UK and Spain. Denise managed two successful businesses in the UK and also worked in the financial sector for several years. She is known for her straight talking, attention to detail and for being highly motivated.
Mike provides technical expertise to the business, having specialized in the areas of property inspection, photography and I.T. As a qualified Environmental Health Officer and Consultant, he is knowledgeable and experienced in building construction methods, housing defects and associated fields. Mike has assisted many clients throughout his career, by imparting expertise, information and training. On a personal note, people who know him comment on his integrity, dry sense of humour and his incredible guitar playing!
