Our fees are simple and transparent
All Fees can be paid as a Euro equivalent.
Property Finding Service
The Registration Fee for retaining our services is £250.
Our Fee is 1.75% of the Euro purchase price of the property.
The Registration Fee is deducted from the Fee upon completion.
Fees for properties exceeding €1million (Euros) are negotiable and are quoted in writing, on an individual basis.
Buyer Assistance Service
Our Fee is 1% of the Euro purchase price of the property
Orientation Tour
£250 per day.
Property Inspection Service
£250 per single property.
Fees for multiple inspections are negotiable and quoted in writing.
